Get comfortable & check into the Spa at a relaxed pace. Start your day with a selection of infused water, juice shots, tea or coffee. Mix & mingle in The Spa Boutique or get cozy on your mat inside the serene yoga studio. You are invited to leave your phone in your locker and enjoy a few hours of “Digital Detox.” Attire for the day is comfortable/athleisure. Everything you need including a yoga mat, water and a healthy lunch is included at The Retreat.

We will set intentions for the day while starting with movement. Master Yogi guided Hatha style yoga practice adapted for all levels from beginner to intermediate. In addition to teaching yoga, Christiel is also a Reiki Master with a playful spirit.
Becoming the Muse of Your Life - Jennifer Lynn | 11:00-12:00 PM
This “Circle of Life” self-reflection workshop is a valuable tool for better understanding your unique needs and how to find balance in moments of feeling stuck. Thought-provoking lecture touching on a variety of topics, including creativity, relationships, health and finances. Jennifer is certified by Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the world’s premier Health Coach Training Program to which the “Circle of Life” tool is of origin. A self proclaimed Lotus Flower - Jennifer has many accolades for her highly respected contributions in the Spa world.
Healthy Lunch | 12:00-12:45 PM
Lunch menu features Garden Salad with options for Jidori Chicken or Faroe Island Salmon with vegan and gluten-free dressing options. Mezze display includes crisp vegetable crudites, hummus, eggplant babaganoush, olives, seasonal & baby vegetables, toasted pita chips and Lavosh crackers. Avocado Toast Bites are prepared on house-made flax-seed bread and topped with blistered tomatoes and sprinkled with pine nuts. Fruit platter with sliced melons, tropical fruit, berries and orange blossom honey dip.
Feng Shui for The Bedroom - Kate wind | 12:45-1:45 PM
An introduction on the definition and history of Feng Shui followed by a deeper dive focused on creating abundance & clarity specific to Feng Shui for The Bedroom. Explore interior design Feng Shui guidelines specific to The Bedroom. Kate is well-known as a 2nd Generation Astrologer, Feng Shui Expert & insightful Card Reader.
sound bowl session & aromatherapy -Obsidian Whyte

A guided relaxation experience to quiet the mind, align the chakras and soothe the spirit through aromatherapy, light breathwork and crystal bowl sound healing. Obsidian is a Reiki Master Teacher, Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Instructor - the common thread in all of her practices are centered on Divine Feminine energy.
